| 由于安全、价廉等优势，中医保健疗法常被认为是轻度经前期综合征患者的首选措施。通过文献检索，对1984—2012年的中医保健疗法防治经前期综合征的临床文献进行整理和评价分析。最终纳入13篇中医保健疗法临床文献，共包括5种保健疗法，分别为推拿、贴敷、耳穴、气功和情志疗法。运用文献评分和研究者评价的方法对文献进行综合评价，发现文献质量总体不高，仅有3篇为随机对照，3篇为非随机对照，7篇为无对照。文献评分的平均分43分，最高57分，最低仅19分。由此可见，中医保健疗法的临床文献总体质量偏低，数量较少，不足以为该类疗法的有效性提供证据支持。在今后的研究中，迫切需要大量的高质量的临床研究报道，以明确中医保健疗法的效果及适应人群，为推广应用提供依据。 |

| Because of its safety and low-cost， traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) nurturing therapy is considered as an optimal choice for premenstrual syndrome patients.Papers on CM nurturing therapy treating PMS published from 1984 to 2012 were retrieved and analyzed.The final included 13 studies introduced five therapeutic types， respectively， tuina， acupoint sticking， ear acupuncture， qigong and emotional therapy.The analysis and appraisal on the papers showed that the literature quality was low， with only 3 RCTs， 3 non-randomization and 7 without control groups.The average appraisal score was 43， and the highest score was 57， the lowest score was 19.In conclusion， the total quality and quantity of literatures on TCM nurturing therapy clinical are low.Until now， there is not enough literature evidence to support the validity of such therapy.More clinical researches with higher quantity are urgently needed in the future for the generalization of TCM nurturing therapy. |
