| 目的：观察控哮涂剂穴位贴敷治疗支气管哮喘的远期临床疗效。方法：196例支气管哮喘患者在常规治疗的基础上三伏天贴敷控哮涂剂，以3年为1个疗程，共观察1个疗程。根据《中药新药临床研究指导原则》远期疗效评价标准，并以治疗前后哮喘控制水平分级为指标评价疗效。结果：在治疗组196例病例中，控哮涂剂贴穴位贴敷能明显提高哮喘控制水平，改善临床症状，减少发作次数。结论：控哮涂膜剂穴位贴敷治疗支气管哮喘临床远期疗效显著。 |

| To observe clinical effect of asthma- controlling plaster for the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods：196 bronchial asthma patients applied asthma- controlling plaster on the acupoints at Sanfu for 3 consecutive years， in addition to the conventional treatment.Efficacy was evaluated before and after treatment by observing asthma controlling grade according to the TCM New Drug Clinical Research Guidance.Results：It was observed on the 196 patients that asthma- controlling plaster can effectively control asthma severity， and improve clinical symptoms， reduce asthma occurences.Conclusion：Asthma- controlling plaster applied on the acupoints has significant long-term efficacy for bronchial asthma. |
