      目的:探讨治疗高血压中药中微量元素含量与其功效间的相关性。方法:以12种治疗高血压中药中的微量元素为研究对象,运用化学计量学方法中的对应分析和聚类分析方法进行信息解析。结果:根据中药中的微量元素含量,做出R型、Q型因子载荷矩阵和对应分析因子载荷平面图,表明12种中药分为三类。找出了与每类中药相关性密切的元素。聚类分析结果和对应分析分类结果一致,揭示了中药之间的相似性和差异性。结论:化学计量学方法能揭示出中药和微量元素之间的内在联系,是一种很有优势的中药功效分析研究方法。
English Summary:
      To find the relevance between the quantity of trace elements and the effects of traditional Chinese Medicines treating hypertension.Methods:The trace elements in 12 species of traditional Chinese Medicines treating hypertension were selected and information analysis was carried out by correspondence analysis and cluster analysis of chemometrics method.Results:The calculated results such as R type, Q type factor loading matrix were gained and a clustering plane figure of correspondence analysis factors was made according to the content of trace element.The results indicated that 12 species of traditional Chinese Medicines could be classified into three classes and the elements which closely related to each class of traditional Chinese Medicine were determined.The class of clearing heat and detoxication has relation with Fe and Mg.The classification results of cluster analysis were in agreement with those of correspondence analysis and the similarities and differences among the twelve kinds of Chinese medicine were revealed.Conclusion:Through chemometrics method, it is revealed that there is a correlation between the trace element contents and effect of Chinese medicine.The result shows that the chemometrics method has the great advantage for the efficacy analysis of Chinese Medicines.
