| 股骨头坏死是骨伤科疑难病之一，选择适当的评价手段来评价其治疗方法显得非常重要。基于医生报告股骨头坏死保髋疗法结局评价方法有一定局限性；为适应现代生物-心理-社会医学模式，广大医学工作者提出了患者自我报告结局估量（Patient Reported Outcome Measures，PROMS)。PROMS要求尽量选择症状等主要的自我报告结局指标，以增强量表的敏感性，但是量表的选择应该是互相补充的，末梢自我报告结局指标如综合评价生理、心理、健康相关的生存质量也应当作为评价指标；通过量表的筛选，我们建议将WOMAC和整体健康状况评价的量表结合评价股骨头坏死保髋结局。 |

| Avascular necrosis of the Femoral Head(ANFH) is one of tough orthopedic diseases, and finding appropriate tools to evaluate their treatment are very important. Outcome evaluations of hip protection therapy for ANFH based ondoctor reports have some limitations. In order to adapt to modern biological - psychological - social medical model, medical workers proposed the patient reported outcome measures (PROMS). In order to enhance the sensitivity of the scale, primary PROMS such as symptoms were asked to include into the scale. However, the selected scales should be complementary, so distal self-reported outcome measures such as comprehensive evaluation of physical and psychological health, health-related quality of life also should be used as an evaluation index; through scale screening, we propose to combine the overall health and WOMAC scale to evaluate outcome of ONFH. |
