| 慢性肾脏病(Chronic Kidney Disease，CKD)已经成为全球性的重大公共卫生问题，在CKD基础上合并急性肾损伤(Acute Kidney Injury，AKI)随着其发病率的增高也越来越引起重视。近年来不少学者在CKD基础上AKI各个环节进行研究，对防止AKI的发生、改善CKD患者预后具有重要的临床意义。本文就近年来A on C的定义、生物标记物、发病机制及中西医治疗做一综述。 |

| Chronic kidney disease (CKD) has become a major global public health problem， the increasing occurrence of Acute kidney injury (AKI) accomanying CKD has also drawn increasing attention from the society.In recent years， many researchers did researched on various aspects of the disease， such as the preventing the AKI occurrence， improving the prognosis， making significant progress.This research did a literatre review of recent research on the concept of A on C， the biomarkers， the pathogenesis and the treatment by combined Chinese and Western medicine. |
