| 本文主要介绍王朝阳老师针药结合治疗胸痹心痛经验。针刺治疗头针、体针并用。头针取额中带、额旁1带、顶中带。体针运用经络诊察法从脾经、胃经、肝经、胆经、肾经、心经、心包经入手辨经取穴。中药治疗上，王老师认为胸痹心痛多属实证，临床上以大柴胡汤合桂枝茯苓丸加减，疗效显著。 |

| This paper introduces the clinical experience of teacher Wang’s treatment on chest impediment and cardiodynia by acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). Scalp acupuncture and body acupuncture are both used to treat the disease at the same time. The middle stripe of forehead， the first stripe beside mid-forehead and the middle stripe of the top of head are selected to apply the scalp acupuncture. And meridian diagnosis method is applied to select acupoints in body acupuncture from the spleen meridian， stomach meridian， liver meridian， gallbladder meridian， kidney meridian， heart meridian and pericardium meridian. In Mr. Wang’s opinion， this disease mainly manifests excess syndrome， so Dachaihu decoction combined Guizhifuling decoction are applied which show a significant effect. |
