| 缓控释系统用于关节腔注射给药，可用于治疗类风湿性关节炎（Rheumatoid Arthritis，RA）和膝关节骨性关节炎（Knee Osteoarthritis，OA）等，除具有起效快，局部有效浓度高，不良反应小等优点外，还具有缓慢控制药物释放，延长药物作用时间，减少用药次数，提高药物安全性和有效性的作用。因此，药物缓控释系统在关节腔注射中具有广阔的应用前景。 |
