中文摘要:

中医对于肾的概念比较广泛，在《黄帝内经》中被称为“先天之本”的肾，除了包含了泌尿生殖系统，又有藏精、主管命门之火，主持生殖、生长、发育、主水、主纳气、调节水液代谢的作用，是水火之脏，内寓元阴和元阳，与骨、髓、脑、耳、齿、发都有着密切的关系。目前通过大量的基础实验，以及补肾方药的疗效验证，发现存在“肾髓系统”“肾脑系统”“肾骨系统”“肾生殖系统”等围绕中医“肾”为主的一系列理论基础研究。本文就近年来在这个领域所取得的研究进展做一综述。

English Summary:

The concept of “kidney” in traditional Chinese medicine is more extensive in the “ Huang Dis Classic of Internal Medicine”，which is called “congenital origin” kidney. In addition to containing the urogenital system，there is a hidden essence (the viscus containing both congenital water and fire). Kidney presides over reproduction，growth，development，water，qi，and regulates water metabolism，as an apartment hidden nephroyin and nephroyang，and it has a close relationship with bone，bone marrow，brain，ears，teeth and hair. Through a lot of the current series of basic experiments，as well as verification of the efficacy of kidney herbs，we found that there may be“kidney medullary system”，“kidney brain system，” “kidney bone system”，“kidney reproductive system”，which are around the “kidney” basic research theories. This paper does a review of the progress achieved in this area in recent years.
