| 中医药科技成果评价在中医药创新发展中具有重要作用。文中对中医药科技成果评价的现状和问题、新形势下中医药科技成果评价发展趋势进行了分析，提出了建立第三方中医药科技成果评价体系的构想，包括选择并扶持若干评价机构、培育以需求为导向的市场、创新评价模式、保证产品质量、规范评价程序等。建立第三方中医药科技成果评价体系，将有利于提高中医药科技成果水平、引导发展、激发活力，促进中医药创新发展。 |

| Evaluation of Chinese medicine technological outcomes plays an important role in the development of Chinese medicine innovation. This paper analyzes the situation，issues and developing trend of evaluating Chinese medicine technological outcomes，and brings up the idea of establishing the third party evaluation system，including selecting and supporting several evaluation institutes，making demands-oriented market，creating new evaluation models，controlling product quality and regulating evaluation process. Establishing the third party evaluation system on Chinese medicine technological outcomes would improve the levels of technological achievements，instruct the development，and stimulate the vitality so as to promote the innovative development of Chinese medicine. |
