| “肾气丸”组方精谨、效专力宏、一方多证，而且完美融合《周易》神韵。作者认为“肾气丸”精韵在于揭示肾内水火同宅，两者有机融为一体，肾气源于水火所化之元气，而元气内孕元阴元阳，此乃一身所赖，亦为人身大本；水为火之主，火为水之用，水得火则温，火得水则秘，“水火合德”则“少火生气”而“生生不息”。 |

| Shenqi Pill (pills for invigorating kidney qi) of Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases is considered as classical prescriptions based on precise and appropriate compatibility，rigorous composition of prescription，significant clinical effect，a prescription for multiple syndromes，and that，it is sharing the homology of TCM and Book of Changes perfectly. The essence of Shenqi pill is that kidney qi is the hardcore of body according to the detailed analysis，also，primordial which contains Yin and Yang is originated in Water and Fire that firmly hides in kidney. Relationship between Water and Fire is the same as substance and virtue，the Water is getting warm while the Fire can firmly hide attributing to the interaction of each other. The life will be in a circle if the Water and Fire is in the compatible relationship. |
