To observe the clinical curative effect of Jing Pu lotion in the treatment of acute haemorrhoid edema.Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into two groups，30 cases in the control group，using the routine method (traditional operation) treatment; 30 cases in the treatment group，and routine treatment with Jing Pu lotion (preoperative and postoperative).Results：The treatment group in the Chinese traditional medicine，patients before operation can relieve the clinical symptoms，postoperative wound healing than in the control group had significant improvement.Conclusion：The clinical symptoms of Jing Pu lotion can obviously improve the patients in the treatment of acute haemorrhoid accompanied by edema，and can promote wound healing.
