| 目的：观察荆朴洗剂治疗急性嵌顿痔水肿的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为2组，对照组30例，采用常规方法(传统手术)治疗;治疗组30例，在常规治疗的同时用荆朴洗剂(术前及术后)。结果：治疗组在中药外用后，患者术前的临床症状能明显缓解，术后伤口愈合较对照组有明显改善。结论：荆朴洗剂在急性嵌顿痔伴有水肿的治疗中能明显改善患者的临床症状，并能促进伤口愈合。 |

| To observe the clinical curative effect of Jing Pu lotion in the treatment of acute haemorrhoid edema.Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into two groups，30 cases in the control group，using the routine method (traditional operation) treatment; 30 cases in the treatment group，and routine treatment with Jing Pu lotion (preoperative and postoperative).Results：The treatment group in the Chinese traditional medicine，patients before operation can relieve the clinical symptoms，postoperative wound healing than in the control group had significant improvement.Conclusion：The clinical symptoms of Jing Pu lotion can obviously improve the patients in the treatment of acute haemorrhoid accompanied by edema，and can promote wound healing. |
