Abstract:The hysteromyoma is the most commonly seen benign tumor in the female reproductive system.It is occurred in 30 to 50 years old reproductive age women,and the clinical incidence rate is about 25%.Professor Xiao Chengzong,pointed out that the disease was mainly due to patients with six exogenous,injuries,impassioned internal injuries,prolific in prolific postpartum uterine fibroids or menstrual,as a result of yin and blood deficiency.The deficiency of qi and blood stasis is one of the major pathogenic mechanisms of hysteromyoma,and is also a key to its abnormal menstrual bleeding.Deficiency of qi exhibits it to promote blood flow,and the blood stagnates in the uterus would develop into hysteromyoma.Deficiency of qi also results in a disability to regulate sputum,the Chong and Ran channels are uncontrolled,1eading to abnormal menstruation.Blood stasis accumulates in the uterus,affecting normal uterine contractions,also resulting in abnormal menstrual bleeding,corresponding treatment,which is divided into menstrual and non- menstrual.It also attempts to probe into its supplement in menstrual,on the other hand,removment in non- menstrual.
