    摘要:

    目的:观察埋线疗法对衰老大鼠皮肤的抗氧化作用效应。方法:雌性Wistar大鼠30只,随机分为空白对照组、衰老模型组、埋线治疗组。埋线治疗组在背部皮下埋线1次;埋线治疗组与衰老模型组均行D-半乳糖腹腔注射100 d;空白对照组不做治疗。100 d后进行背部皮肤取材,检测皮肤组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量和GHS-Px活力。结果:与空白对照组相比,衰老模型组皮肤组织中的SOD、GHS-Px活力明显降低(P<0.01),MDA含量明显升高(P<0.01),埋线治疗组皮肤组织中的SOD、MDA及GHS-Px活力无明显改变(P>0.05)。结论:埋线疗法对雌性衰老大鼠皮肤有明显的抗氧化效应,可通过抗氧化作用来拮抗皮肤老化。

    Abstract:

    To observe the antioxidation effect of catgut embedding therapy on skin of aged rats. Methods: Thirty female wistar rats were randomly divided into control group,aged model group and catgut embedding treatment group. The rats in catgut embedding treatment group were once embedded with catgut in the back subcutaneous area; the rats in aged model group and catgut embedding treatment group were treated with D-galactose intraperitoneal injection for 100 days; rats in blank control group were not treated. One hundred days later,skins of rats were drawn back to detect skin tissue superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity,malondialdehyde (MDA) content and GHS-Px activity. Results: Compared with the control group,SOD,GHS-Px activity of skin tissue in aged model group were significantly lower (P<0.01),and MDA levels were significantly increased (P<0.01),but the change in catgut embedding treatment group was not significant (P>0.05). Conclusion: Catgut embedding therapy on aged rats has significant antioxidant skin effect and could antagonize aging skin.
