Uyghur medicine is an important part of Chinese medicine，which is a complete system of medicine created through the long term fight with diseases by Uyghur ancestors. Based on a deeper understanding of Uyghur medicine，this paper analyzed its development processes to resolve faced difficulties so as to inherit and develop it. It has profound significance to promote the Uyghur people of outstanding national culture，and better benefit human health.
