人参皂苷是具有千年药用历史的人参的主要活性成分,因此皂苷含量被认为是评价人参内在质量的重要指标之一。目前已从人参不同部位分离鉴定了数十种的人参皂苷,且不同部位人参皂苷含量有所不同。人参皂苷含量受多种因素的影响,主要包括人参生长环境、皂苷合成相关基因以及蛋白表达变化等,本文就上述三个方面进行归纳整理,以期为人参皂苷含量变化相关的研究提供参考。 |

Ginsenoside is the main active ingredient of Panax ginseng with one thousand medicinal history, so the its content is considered to be one of the important indexes that evaluate ginseng’s inner quality. At present dozens of ginsenoside have been isolated and identified from different parts of ginseng, and the content in different parts of the ginseng is different. The content is influenced by many factors, mainly including the growth environment, saponin synthesis related gene and protein expression changes and so on. In this paper, the above three aspects are summarized, so as to provide the reference for the research on content changes of ginsenoside. |
