| 目的：综述与评价结直肠癌的中医药诊疗研究进展。方法：中医药目前是我国结直肠癌多学科治疗中的重要组成部分，本文从辨证规律研究、治疗进展、疗效评价研究等方面，对近年来中医药治疗结直肠癌临床研究进行综述。结果：辨证治疗结直肠癌的客观化研究成为热点，中医药治疗结直肠癌的疗效得到进一步肯定，但仍缺乏统一的辨证标准和适用于中医药的疗效评价标准，仍然缺乏大样本、多中心的高质量随机对照试验结果。结论：中医药治疗结直肠癌研究取得了可喜进展，但仍需进一步的多单位协作研究。 |

| To review and evaluate the progress of the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer by Chinese medicine in recent 5 years. Methods： In China， Chinese medicine is an important part of the multidisciplinary treatment for colorectal cancer. In this review， the recent clinical researches on Chinese medicine for colorectal cancer were discussed from three aspects： syndrome differentiation， treatment progress， and curative effect evaluation. Results： The objective research of syndrome differentiation and treatment of colorectal cancer has become a hot spot， and the effectiveness of Chinese medicine for colorectal cancer was further affirmed. Nevertheless， there was still lack of the unified syndrome differentiation standards， evaluation standard applicable to Chinese medicine， and high quality randomized controlled trials with large samples and multiple centers. Conclusion： The researches of Chinese medicine for the treatment of colorectal cancer has made encouraging progress， but more efforts by multiple parties should be put into this area. |
