| 癌痛严重影响癌症患者的生活质量，也是癌症患者最常见的症状之一。世界卫生组织将对癌症疼痛的积极治疗作为癌症综合规划中的四项重点之一［1］。中医药作为我国特有的医疗模式，与西方医学的治疗互补并行，在许多疾病的治疗方面具有良好的疗效。就癌痛的治疗方面，其以辨证论治为整体指导思想，在强调以辨虚实、寒热等辨证基础之上采用了多途径的干预手段，中医药治疗癌痛具有确切的疗效，在止痛的同时部分中药同时具有稳定瘤灶的作用，可提高生活质量并减少不良反应等优势。现就中医药在癌痛中的进展进行归纳总结和探讨。 |

| Pain is one of the most common symptoms of cancer， which greatly affect the quality of life for cancer patients. WHO has considered proactive cancer pain control as one of its four key areas for cancer treatment ［1］. Chinese medicine， being a special medical system originating from China， has complementary advantage over Western medicine at many diseases， including cancer pain control. Guided by the principle of syndrome differentiation (excess vs deficiency， cold vs heat)， multiple interventions can be used to relieve the pain， prevent cancer spreading， improve patients quality of life and minimize adverse reactions. In this article， progress of traditional Chinese medicine in cancer pain treatment were summarized and discussed. |
