| 外感热病，是指由外邪侵入人体，以发热为主要症状的一类疾病。小儿脏腑未充，形体娇弱，易感外邪而折损阳气，若治疗固守寒凉之法，恐犯“虚虚实实”之谬。沪上儿科名家徐小圃先生汇通儿科温凉两大学派，崇内难之箴言，循医圣之古法，温肾暖脾，扶阳补火，注重固护小儿元阳，善用麻桂之法，屡起沉疴。小圃先生家学经几代医者发展形成徐氏儿科学派，针对小儿外感热病，治疗注重运用辛温解表，扶正达邪，温培脾肾，潜阳育阴之法，避时弊而愈病。笔者蒙徐氏儿科理论教化，兹将其学术思想结合笔者临床所见，从小儿阳气变化的角度出发浅析小儿外感热病的病机、治法，阐述“扶阳”法在治疗小儿外感热病中的重要性。 |
| English Summary: |
| Exogenous febrile disease， with fever as its main symptom， is caused by the evil Qi which invades the human body. Children’s viscera and their bodies are immature and delicate， so their Yang is susceptible to exogenous pathogenic factors. If the treatment principle is limited to clearing the heat and relieving the toxicity， the situation may be worse. Mr. Xu Xiaopu， a famous pediatrician of Chinese Medicine in Shanghai， master Huangdi Neijing and Nan Jing. He epitomized the thoughts of cool and warm. By using the principles of warming the spleen Qi and the kidney Qi， strengthening Yang and the using Herba Ephedrae and cassia twig， Mr. Xu always got marked effects. "The Xu Pediatrics"， developed from Mr. Xu Xiapfu， emphasizes on the principle of reliving exterior with warmth and acridity， strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors and so on. Learning from "The Xu Pediatrics"， the writer not only explores the pathogenesis and treatment of exogenous febrile diseases， but also the importance of "strengthening Yang" theory. |
