| 目的：探讨中药辨证治疗胃癌癌前病变的临床疗效。方法：根据临床症状、胃镜检查和病理学活检结果，将胃癌癌前病变患者进行中医分型的辨证治疗，总结临床疗效。结果：治疗后，脾胃虚弱型、肝胃不和型、脾胃湿热型、气滞瘀血型和胃阴不足型的总有效率为75.0%、69.0%、80.0%、62.5%和70.4%，总有效率为71.2%，胃黏膜萎缩积分、异型增生和肠上皮化生积分均显著下降，但五组类型的总有效率和积分相比差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：中药辨证治疗PLGC具有良好的临床疗效和不可替代的优势，可降低胃癌的发生率，值得在临床进一步推广使用。 |

| To explore the clinical effects of Chinese medicine on precancerous lesions of gastric cancer(PLGC) according to syndrome differentiation. Methods： The patients with PLGC were divided into five syndrome differentiation groups according to their clinical symptoms， gastroscopy examinations and pathological biopsy， and they were given treatment accordingly for 3 months respectively. Results： After therapy， the total effective rate was 71.2%. Besides， the scores of gastric mucosal atrophy， dysplasia and intestinal metaplasia were improved significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion： Chinese medicine according to syndrome differentiation has the advantage of better clinical effect. It can reverse PLGC and reduce the incidence rate of gastric cancer. Its worthy to be widely spread in clinical condition. |
