| 目前，临床中，医生常不考虑患者的生理、病理等多种因素，而采用固定的治疗剂量对患者进行治疗，常造成疗效不佳、不良反应增多等情况。因此，开展可体现个体化治疗思想的群体药代动力学尤为重要。本文针对个体化治疗的必要性、中医理论中的个体化治疗及其局限性、开展中药群体药代动力学的意义、研究对象及关键问题进行详细阐述。 |

| Nowadays doctors do not often take into account physiological and pathological factors of patients, instead fixed drug dosage are applied to all patients, resulting in poor efficacy and adverse reactions. The author think individualized treatment using drug group pharmacokinetics is particularly important. The paper deals with the need for individualized treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, the limitations, significance of Chinese medicine group pharmacokinetics, and key issues in details. |
