目的：研究观察续断接骨汤对四肢骨折患者微循环及骨代谢状态的影响程度。方法：选取2012年9月至2013年12月本院收治的90例四肢骨折患者为研究对象，将90例患者随机分为对照组（常规四肢骨折治疗组）45例和治疗组（常规四肢骨折治疗加续断接骨汤组）45例，然后将2组患者治疗前和治疗后1、2及3个疗程的微循环及骨代谢相关指标进行检测与比较。结果：治疗组治疗后1、2及3个疗程的微循环相关指标均低于对照组，骨代谢相关指标也均显著地好于对照组，且治疗组治疗后1、2及3个疗程的检测指标均好于本组治疗前，均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：续断接骨汤可有效改善四肢骨折患者的微循环及骨代谢状态，因此可有效促进四肢骨折的早期愈合。

English Summary:

To study and observe the influence degree of dipsacus decoction on the microcirculation and bone metabolism of patients with limbs facture.Methods：Ninety patients with limbs facture treated in our hospital from September 2012 to December 2013 were selected as research objects，and they were randomly divided into control group（conventional limbs fracture treatment group，n=45）and observation group（conventional limbs fracture treatment and dipsacus decoction group，n=45），then the microcirculation and bone metabolism related indexes of two groups before the treatment and on the first，second and third course after the treatment were detected and compared.Results：The microcirculation related indexes of patients in observation group on the first，second and third course after treatment were all lower than those of control group; the bone metabolism related indexes were all significantly better than those of control group; the indexes of observation group on the first，second and third course after the treatment were all better than those before the treatment(P<0.05)，and there were all significant differences.Conclusion：The dipsacus decoction can effectively improve the microcirculation and bone metabolism of patients with limbs facture.so it can effectively promote the early healing of limbs fracture.
