| 目的：评价解郁安神定志汤合用帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的临床疗效、安全性。方法：本研究通过组内治疗前后和对照组的比较临床研究，对比抑郁症患者的抑郁、焦虑状态改变。结果：1）2组HAMD、HAMA的总分显著降低，治疗后与治疗前比较有统计学意义（P<0.05）。解郁安神定志汤合用帕罗西汀组治疗有效率达97.4%，对照组有效率达89.7%。2）解郁安神定志汤合用帕罗西汀组出现不良反应的有7例（17.9%），对照组出现不良反应的有27例（69.2%），2组有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论：解郁安神定志汤合用帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症安全有效，通过治疗既能减轻患者的抑郁程度，又能改善伴随的焦虑状态，同时引起的不良反应远远低于单纯西药治疗。 |

| The clinical study of Jieyu Anshen Dingzhi decoction combined with western medicine was conducted so as to evaluate the efficacy and safety on depression and anxiety state.Methods：To compare the depression and anxiety state in the two groups before and after treatment , and investigate the differences between the two groups.Results：1）After treatment, the score of HAMD and HAMA were significantly reduced (P<0.05). The effective rate in the group applying Jieyu Anshen Dingzhi decoction combined with Paroxetine reached to 97.4%. And the effective rate was 89.7% in the control group. 2）The incident rate of adverse reaction in the group of Jieyu Anshen Dingzhi decoction combined with Paroxetine was 17.9%, while that of the control group was 69.2%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion：Jieyu Anshen Dingzhi decoction combined with western medicine has irrefutable clinical efficacy on depression, which is safe and effective treatment. And the adverse reaction is way less than Paroxetine. |
