| 异病同治是后人根据《黄帝内经》中的“同病异治”的精神和临床治疗的实际情况而提出的，在《金匮要略》一书中，仲景虽未明言此法，然在《金匮要略》的条文中却体现得淋漓尽致。笔者现不揣浅陋，对《金匮要略》中的常用方，如防己黄芪汤、赤小豆当归散、大承气汤、肾气丸等，进行分析归纳。 |

| Treating different diseases with the same prescription is proposed by later generations according to the idea of “treating the same disease with different methods” in Essentials of Internal Classic and clinical experience. Though the great Zhang zhongjin did not clearly bring out the method in “Synopsis of Golden Chamber”, but it was embodied most incisive. The author makes some analysis on the commonly used prescriptions of “Synopsis of Golden Chamber” including the Fangji Huangqi decoction, red adzuki beans angelica powder, Dachengqi Decoction, Shenqi pill. |
