| 阿尔茨海默病是一种原因未明的中枢神经系统原发性疾病，常起病于老年期或老年前期，本文从中医角度探讨其病机及治疗方法。阿尔茨海默病多表现为虚证，尤以气血两虚为主，病位虽然在脑，但其发病与脾、肾、肝、心的关系尤为密切。根据病证的不同，用补中益气汤健脾益气，用六味地黄汤补益肾精，用参苓白术散健脾祛痰祛邪扶正，用归脾汤补养气血，用加味逍遥丸疏肝健脾祛痰，用通窍活血汤以活血行气开窍，共同达到宣窍健脑的目的。 |

| Alzheimer’s disease is a primary central nervous system disease，often seen in the senile and presenile.This paper discusses the pathogenesis and treatment methods from the releasing orifices and strengthening brain.viewpoint of traditional Chinese medicine.Alzheimer’s disease is manifested as a deficiency syndrome，especially Qi-blood deficiency.Although it is a disease with the brain，the cause is closely related to to heart，liver，spleen，kidney and brain. According to the different syndromes，Buzhong Yiqi Decoction is used for strengthening the spleen and replenishing qi，Six Ingredient Rehmannia Decoction is used for tonifying the kidney essence，Shenling Baizhu powder is used for expelling phlegm and expel pathogen，Guipi Decoction is used for enriching the blood and qi，Jiawei xiaoyao pill is used for soothing liver and invigorating spleen and phlegm，Tongqiao huoxue Decoction to invigorate the circulation of blood and Qi obstruction.These treatments achieve the purpose of releasing orifices and strengthening brain. |
