| 心律失常是心脏电活动的频率、节律等活动异常的一种疾病，中药中生物碱、黄酮、皂苷、挥发油、酯类、萜类等多种活性成分可以通过影响Na+、Ca2+以及K+通道，使动作电位和有效不应期延长，进而对肾上腺素、缺血复灌以及氯化钙等引起的心律失常具有明显的抵抗作用。本文对这几种活性成分的作用机制进行了综述，为进一步研究中药活性成分以及抗心律失常的作用机制提供了坚实的理论基础，为抗心律失常新药的研究开发奠定了基础。 |

| Arrhythmias is a type of disease caused by abnormal electrical activity of the heart rate or rhythm.Active ingredients extracted from Chinese herbal medicines such as alkaloids、flavonoids、saponins、volatile oils、esters，terpenes and other active ingredients can impact the Na+、Ca2+ and K+ channels，so the action potential and effective refractory period can be extended，in that way to treat arrhythmias caused by adrenaline，calcium chloride and ischemic reperfusion.This mechanism of these active ingredients were reviewed to provide solid theoretical foundation for further research of anti-arrhythmias drugs. |
