| 通过对近年来相关文献分析和总结研究概况，从中医病症、西医病因、并发症、客观理化指标及名老中医辨治经验等方面探讨慢性肾功能衰竭的中医辨证分型特点与变化规律，旨在将中医辨证规范化，进一步指导中医合理用药，从而达到延缓肾功能衰竭进程的目的。 |

| After summarizing the related literature analysis and research in recent years，this paper explores the TCM syndrome type characteristics and the change rule of chronic renal aailure from the disease of TCM，western medicine etiology，complications，objective physicochemical index and old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine in treating experience，in order to standardize the syndrome differentiation of TCM of CRF，further guide the rational use of drugs，so as to achieve the goal of alleviating the progression of renal failure. |
