| 心和脑在中西医理论体系中均有密切的生理络属性和病理相关性。从中医整体观角度分析，参附汤除治疗心阳气衰微之证外，对于因阳气不足导致的缺血性脑损伤也同样具有治疗作用，现代药理研究也表明人参和附子对多种心、脑血管疾病具有多重的药理作用。因此，具有大补元气，回阳固脱功效的经典名方参附汤具有“心脑同治”的作用。 |
| English Summary: |
| Heart and Brain are both physiologically and pathologically connected in either Chinese Medicine or Western Medicine perspective. In the holistic point of view of Chinese Medicine, Shenfu Decoction can not only rescue the depletion of heart yang qi, but also be applicable to ischemic brain injury due to yang qi deficiency. Modern pharmacology research finds that Ginsen and Aconite possess multiple function on various kinds of cardiac and cerebral diseases which support our theory of the Shenfu Decoction provides synchronized treatment on heart and brain with qi repleshing and yang rescuing. |
