摘要:

目的：通过血液流变学指标比较拟定益气活血膏方与补阳还五汤颗粒治疗气虚血瘀证的疗效。方法：采用前瞻性对照研究方法，纳入30名气虚血瘀证患者作为治疗组，予以益气活血膏方治疗，疗程28 d；同时纳入30名气虚血瘀证患者作为对照组，予以补阳还五汤颗粒治疗，疗程28 d。观察治疗组、对照组治疗前后血液流变学指标变化，并对2组血液流变学指标治疗前后差值进行比较。结果：治疗28 d后，治疗组、对照组血液流变学指标均有改善（P<0.05）；治疗组血液流变学指标改善更显著（P<0.05）。结论：益气活血膏方与颗粒组比较，能更好的改善气虚血瘀证患者血液流变学指标，改善微循环，降低血黏度。

Abstract:

To compare the curative effects of Yiqihuoxue paste formula and Buyang huanwu granules treating qi deficient and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:The prospective controlled study enrolled 30 Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome(QDBSS) patients to treatment group which applied Yiqihuoxue paste formula.Another 30 QDBSS patients were enrolled to control group and treated with Buyanghuanwu granules.The hemorheological index changes were observed.Results:The indexes of hemorheology improved dramatically (P<0.05) in both groups.And the efficacy of the treatment group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqihuoxue paste formula can better improve hemorheological index and microcirculation,as well as reduce blood viscosity.
