To observe the Honghe Fujie lotion to prevent puerperal infection clinical curative effect.Methods:To collect my natural childbirth，100 cases of pregnant women in hospital，random points 2 groups 50 cases each.Postpartum groups at all times during the hospital routine nursing，after discharge，prevention treatment group with 10% Honghe Fujie lotion to clean vulva.Control group according to the conventional vulva nursing postpartum，both to keep the vulva clean with warm water wash the vulva.Results:The puerperium postpartum 42 days clinic examination，puerperal infection prophylaxis group was obviously less than the control group.Conclusion:Honghe Fujie lotion to prevent puerperal infection in clinical effect is satisfied with simple and feasible.
