| 目的:分析研究中风以后运动性失语采用针刺干预的临床治疗效果。方法：抽取2009年7月至2013年2月我院收治的患有中风以后运动性失语的患者120例，采用随机数字表法，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各60例。对照组对患者采取西医常规治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上采取针刺早期干预模式，3个疗程后，对2组患者的临床治疗效果给予对比分析。结果：治疗组总体有效率为96.7%，高于对照组81.6%，治疗后治疗组AQ评分为（68.3±6.2）分、CADL评分为（103.2±11.8）分，明显高于对照组（58.3±5.9）分、（79.3±13.6）分，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：对中风以后运动性失语采取针刺早期干预，可以获得明显的临床治疗效果，对病情恢复以后预后起到良好的促进作用，具有临床推广价值。 |

| To study the effect of treating motor aphasia after stroke with acupuncture.Methods:One hundred patients with motor aphasia after stroke were divided into treatment group and control group with 50 cases in each.The control group treated patients with conventional western medicine,and patients in the treatment group were treated with extra acupuncture apart from the same therapies as the control group.The effects of these two groups were compared.Results:The effect of treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating motor aphasia after stroke with acupuncture is effective and worth of generalization in clinic. |
