目的：应用varclus聚类分析名老中医治疗冠心病验案的用药规律。方法：将搜集到的336份名老中医治疗冠心病的验案输入到验案分析系统，通过SAS软件对用药次数≥20的39种中药进行varclus聚类分析。结果：这些中药共分为14类：1)陈皮、麦冬、石菖蒲、五味子；2)柴胡、炒酸枣仁、红参、枳实；3)半夏、瓜蒌、薤白、枳壳；4)延胡索、郁金、炙甘草；5)白术、桂枝；6)川芎、当归、丹参、葛根；7)赤芍、红花、砂仁、桃仁；8)黄连、生地黄、酸枣仁；9)白芍、甘草；10)三七粉、檀香；11)茯苓、葶苈子、泽泻；12)黄芪、水蛭；13)党参；14)远志。结论：针对冠心病的某一证型或某一症状，名老中医习惯应用含有两种或两种以上的中药作为特定的药物组合来治疗，这种形式称为药组。本次分析结果在临床上有一定的指导意义。

English Summary:

To analyze the medication law of famous and veteran TCM doctors in treating coronary heart disease with varclus cluster method．Methods： The 336 case records collecting from famous and veteran TCM doctors in treating coronary heart disease was input to the analysis software. The 39 traditional Chinese medicine whose application frequency were over 20 times were analyzed by varclus cluster analysis．Results： There were fourteen kinds of Chinese medicine, namely were: 1.Chenpi, Maidong, Shichangpu, Wuweizi; 2.Chaihu,Chaozaoren, Hongshen, Zhishi; 3.Banxia, Gualou, Xiebai, Zhiqiao; 4.Yuanhu, Yujin, Zhigancao; 5.Baizhu, Guizhi; 6.Chuanxiong, Danggui, Danshen, Gegen; 7.Chishao, Honghua, Sharen, Taoren; 8.Huanglian, Shengdi, Suanzaoren, 9.Baishao, Gancao; 10.Sanqifen, Tanxiang; 11.Fuling, Tinglizi, Zexie; 12.Huangqi, Shuizhi; 13.Dangshen; 14.Yuanzhi. Conclusion： To treat a specific syndrome or symptom of the coronary heart disease, famous and veteran TCM doctors tend to use two or more kinds of traditional Chinese medicine, which was called medicine group. The analysis results has certain guiding significance in clinical practice.
