| 基于对中医学“气”与“气化”概念的深入梳理和解读，认为“气化”概念的内涵是指无形之“气”的自然演化，其外延用于表述宇宙元气的自然生化作用、生命气化层次、以及脏腑、气血津液等的化生过程等。厘清和把握“气化”概念，有利于回归中医理论的原创性思维，是当前中医理论继承与发展过程中的迫切问题。 |

| On the basis of reorganizing and interpreting the conceptions of the TCM term Qi and Qi Transformation deeply, it is considered that the connotation of Qi refers to the natural evolution of the Qi without substance, while the extension of Qi can be used to describe the natural biochemical effect of the primordial qi of the universe, including the qi transformation level of life, the metaplastic process of the viscera, qi, blood and body fluid. In favor of returning to the original thinking of the TCM theory, it is an urgent problem to clarify and grasp the conception of the TCM term qi transformation during the process of inheriting and developing the TCM theory at present. |
