| 通过对虞抟《医学正传》中关于积聚的论述，归纳整理出虞氏辨治积聚的学术特点：积聚的病因包括外感六淫、内伤七情、饮食劳倦等；病机关键是脾胃内伤，“脾胃为积聚之根”；治疗原则宗崇《黄帝内经》关于积聚治疗理论；在具体治疗上，注重辨证阴阳、气血、虚实、寒热，推崇朱丹溪的治疗大法，引用李东垣、刘河间等医家的治积名方，攻补兼施、寒热并用；所用药物用药频次位居前三位的是补虚药、活血化瘀药和理气药。 |

| After exploring the theories on abdominal mass of Orthodox Medical Record written by Yu Tuan，this paper concludes Yu Tuans academic characteristics of the abdominal mass.The etiology and pathogenesis of the abdominal mass include exogenous disease of six climate exopathogens，internal damage induced by the excessive seven emotions，improper diet and overtiredness.The pathogenesis is internal damage of the spleen and stomach; as mentioned as “the fundamental of the abdominal mass is the spleen and stomach”.The treatment rule of Yu Tuan was following the therapy theory of Yellow Emperor，which emphasized on differentiation of yin and yang，qi and blood，deficiency and excess，cold and heat.Yu Tuan followed the therapeutic methods of Zhu Danxi，quoted the prescriptions of Liu Hejian，and applied the following treatments including reinforcement and elimination in combination，simultaneously application of both cold and hot drugs.The herbs that act as invigorating for deficiency，activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis，regulating the flow of qi were frequently used. |
