目的:观察古验方“十伤灵”中药膏治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将76例诊断为急性带状疱疹患者随机均分为治疗组和对照组。其中,治疗组采用“十伤灵”中药膏外涂于患处,对照组使用3%阿昔洛韦软膏外涂于患处,2组给药均为2次/d,疗程12 d,观察两种外用药物治疗带状疱疹的疗效与全身或局部不良反应。结果:治疗组的痊愈率(92.11% VS 68.42%)、总有效率(97.37% VS 78.94%)均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组止痛、止疱、结痂效果均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组出现神经后遗痛1例,对照组出现后遗神经痛5例。2组均未发生全身或局部不良反应。结论:“十伤灵”中药膏治疗带状疱疹起效快、疗程短、效果显著,且无明显不良反应。

English Summary:

To observe clinic efficacy and safety of the ointment of ancient prescription “Shishangling” in the treatment of Herpes Zoster. Methods: Seventy six patients diagnosed as acute herpes zoster were randomized into treatment group and control group. “Shishangling” was externally applied in the treatment group, while ointment of 3% acyclovir was topically applied in the control group. The ointments in both groups were given twice a day respectively with a succession of 12 days. During and after treatment, curative effect as well as systemic or local adverse reactions of the two topical drugs were observed in the treatment of Herpes Zoster. Results: The curative rate (92.11% VS 68.42%) and the total effective rate (97.37% VS 78.94%) of treatment group were better than those of the control group with statistically significant difference. The effect of pain relief, herpes disappearance and scabby in treatment group were all superior to those of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of postherpetic neuralgia in the treatment group was 2.63% (1 case), while it was 13.1%(5 cases) in the control group. No systemic or local adverse reactions were found. Conclusion: “Shishangling” is an ointment with quick and significant effect, and it has short course in the treatment of Herpes Zoster along with almost no adverse reactions.
