目的：探讨倍生冲剂治疗糖尿病肾病Ⅲ～Ⅳ期的临床疗效。方法：选择Ⅲ～Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病患者64例，采用平行对照研究方法，随机分为对照组32例和治疗组32例，均予常规基础治疗，治疗组同时加用倍生冲剂，治疗12周；比较2组临床疗效、临床症状和肾小球滤过率（GFR）、尿微量白蛋白（uAlb）、24 h尿蛋白定量、C反应蛋白（CRP）、胱抑素C（CYS-C）、β2-微球蛋白（β2-MG）等指标改善情况。结果：治疗组和对照组治疗12周后总有效率分别为78.13%、59.38%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)，治疗组优于对照组；治疗组治疗12周后临床症状积分及各项生化指标较对照组改善更为明显，2组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，糖化血红蛋白2组间差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：倍生冲剂能明显改善Ⅲ～Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病的临床症状，同时降低尿蛋白，改善患者微炎症状态，提高肾小球滤过率，治疗Ⅲ～Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病具有较好疗效。

English Summary:

To investigate the clinical efficacy of Beisheng granules in treating stage Ⅲ to Ⅳ diabetic nephropathy. Methods:Sixty four patients with stage Ⅲ to Ⅳ diabetic nephropathy was selected, and randomly divided into control group (n=32) and treatment group (n=32) using the parallel study method. Patients in both groups were treated with conventional therapy, and the treatment group applied extra Beisheng granules for 12 weeks. The improvement of clinical efficacy, clinical symptoms and glomerular filtration rate (GFR), microalbuminuria (uAlb), 24 hour urinary protein quantitative, C reactive protein (CRP), Cystatin C (CYS-C), β 2-microglobulin (β 2-MG) of patients in both groups after treatment were compared. Results: The total efficiency of the treatment group and the control group after 12 weeks of treatment were 78.13% and 59.38% respectively, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01); the improvement of the clinical symptoms and biochemical indexes were more obvious in the treatment group compared with those of the control group, and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05), there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of the changes of glycosylated hemoglobin (P>0.05). Conclusion: Beisheng granules can significantly improve the stage Ⅲ to Ⅳ diabetic nephropathy, and at the same time, it can reduce urinary protein, improve the micro inflammatory state in patients, and improve the glomerular filtration rate. It shows good curative effect to treat diabetic nephropathy.
