| 目的:探讨归龙汤对糖尿病血管病变大鼠免疫的影响。方法:将80只大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、西洛他唑组、归龙汤(低、中、高)剂量组，并造糖尿病血管病变大鼠模型。空白对照组和模型对照组的大鼠每日喂饲蒸馏水;西洛他唑组每日喂饲西洛他唑片1.67 mg/kg;归龙汤组予以不同剂量的归龙汤灌胃。用药56 d后，牺牲实验大鼠，测定大鼠血清中血糖及免疫指标的水平，同时取大鼠主动脉弓下段2~3 cm主动脉，在光镜下观察主动脉粥样硬化病变及其程度。结果:糖尿病血管病变大鼠的免疫指标中IgM、IgA和C3升高，IgG降低。低、中、高剂量的归龙汤均能使糖尿病血管病变大鼠的免疫指标恢复正常。结论:归龙汤能够有效调节糖尿病血管病变大鼠免疫失衡状态。 |

| To investigate the effect of Guilong decoction on the immune mechanism of rats with diabetic angiopathy.Methods:Eighty rats were randomly divided into blank control group,model control group,cilostazol group,Guilong (low,middle,high dose) group.Models of rats with diabetic angiopathy were made.Rats in the blank control group and the model control group were daily fed with distilled water.The cilostazol group daily fed rats with 1.67 mg/kg cilostazol; Guilong decoction group gave different doses of Guilong decoction.After 56 days,the experimental rats were killed,and the blood glucose and immune indices in serum of rats were detected.The atherosclerotic aortic lesions were observed under the microscope.Results:IgM,IgA and C3 immune indexes of diabetic angiopathy in rats were increased,IgG was decreased.The high,middle and low dose Guilong decoction could return the immune index in rats with diabetic angiopathy to normal.Conclusion:Guilong decoction can effectively regulate the immune imbalance of rats with diabetic angiopathy. |
