| “治未病”理论在《黄帝内经》和《难经》中均被作为预防原则，而该理论在《金匮要略》中则经历了从预防意义进一步被发展为治疗原则并成为该著作重要的诊治体系的过程。应用原著中明确提出的方法对原文进行分析研究，其结论无疑更客观、可靠。《金匮要略》中虚劳病与现代中医内科中虚劳的含义有所不同。文章以仲景“治未病”理论试分析《金匮要略》中虚劳病的原文思考及诊治步骤疾病思路，以期扩展对《金匮要略》原文的理解方法，丰富现代辨证论治体系的内容。 |

| The theory of “preventive treatment of disease” is regarded as a kind of precautionary principle in Neijing and Nanjing，and it is inherited and extended in Jingui Yaolue to be a kind of system of disease diagnosis and treatment.It is more objective and reliable applying the clear method to analyze the diagnosis，the treatment ideas and steps in original.The meaning of consumptive disease described in Jingui is diffident from what the modern Chinese medicine explains.This paper analyzes the original contents in Jingui and seeks for diagnosis and treatment thoughts using the theory of “preventive treatment of disease” so as to expand the understanding of original contents in Jingui and to enrich the modern system of diagnosis and treatment of the disease. |
