| 目的：观察健脾化瘀利水方治乙肝后肝硬化腹水的临床疗效。方法：选取近4年在我院住院的乙肝后肝硬化腹水患者220例，随机分成对照组（n=110）和治疗组（n=110）。对照组采用西药常规对症治疗，如利尿、护肝、降酶及抗病毒等治疗；治疗组在对照组基础上加服健脾化瘀利水方治疗。以4周为1个疗程，统计分析。结果：治疗组总有效率为95.45%，对照组总有效率为86.36%，2组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05），且治疗组对患者症状、肝功能改善效优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：健脾化瘀利水方治疗乙肝后肝硬化腹水疗效肯定，值得推广和进一步研究。 |

| To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Huayu Lishui formula treating ascites due to cirrhosis after hepatitis B.Methods:Two hundred and twenty liver cirrhosis patients with ascites treated in our hospital in recent 4 years were selected and randomly divided into control group (n=110) and treatment group (n=110).The control group used conventional western medicine treatment，such as diuretic，protecting liver，reducing enzyme and antiviral treatment; patients in the treatment group were given extra treatment of Jianpi Huayu Lishui decoction.One course of treatment was 4 weeks.Statistical analysis was conducted.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group and control group showed significant differences (P<0.05)，and the improvement of symptoms and liver function were better in the treatment group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Huayu Lishui Decoction treating liver cirrhosis ascites shows definite therapeutic effect，and it is worthy of further study and application. |
