      目的:探讨体检者的舌色与外周血7项红细胞参数的相关性。方法:观察对象为2 218例体检者(男性888人,女性1 330人),由中医师判断舌色。采集静脉血,检测红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白测定(HGB)、红细胞压积(HCT)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白(MCH)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW)。舌色的出现率比较采用卡方检验;舌色分类与红细胞参数的相关性分析运用近似t检验或秩和检验进行比较。结果:1)与男性比较,女性中淡白舌、淡红舌、淡暗舌的出现率增高,而暗红舌的出现率降低(P<0.01);与淡红舌组比较,女性淡白舌组的RBC、HGB、HCT降低,RDW增加(P<0.05或P<0.01);红舌组的RBC、HGB、HCT增加(P<0.05)。2)与淡红舌组比较,男、女性的暗红舌、紫暗舌组均表现为HGB、HCT增加(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:1)女性中各种淡舌(淡白舌、淡红舌、淡暗舌)的出现率高于男性。2)舌色的浅深与HGB、HCT成正相关。3)暗红舌、紫暗舌与HGB、HCT增加的关联最为密切。
English Summary:
      This research aims to investigate the correlation between tongue color and 7 hematology parameters. Methods:Tongue color of 2 218 people (888 males and 1330 females) was observed during health examination. Collected blood sample to measure RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV、MCH、MCHC、RDW. Using the chi-square test for the comparison of the occurrence of different tongue colors, and using the approximate t-test or the rank sum test for the correlational analysis between the different tongue colors and the hematology parameter. Results: 1)Comparedto males, females were more often to show pale tongue, pink tongue, dull tongue, and less often with dark red tongue (P<0.01). Compared with females having pink tongue, females with pale tongue had lower levels of RBC、HGB、HCT and higher level of RDW (P<0.05 or P<0.01); RBC、HGB、HCT of male having red tongue were higher than females (P<0.05). 2)Compared with the light red tongue group, males and females with dark red and dark purple tongue had higher levels of RBC and HCT (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: 1)The occurrence of light colored tongue was higher in females than in males. 2)The shades of the tongue color were related to the HGB and HCT. 3. The dark red and dark purple tongue was related to rising HGB and HCT.
