The research of quantified formula based on the four-property theory of Chinese medicines is one of the main objective of our research. Our research explored scoring system of the heat-cold property of Chinese medicines， and visualized quantified formula using thermal imaging biological metabolism (TMI)， micro-heat method and the mathematical modeling technology. Using multiple methodology to build an objective evaluation and quantification methodology of heat-cold property of Chinese herbs can help to quantify the heat-cold property of classical formula， then guide composition of formula.
