Abstract:To evaluate the curative effect of comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine therapy on quality of life of patients with qi-blood depletion syndrome of chronic tension type headache.Methods:In factorial design, 80 patients with tension-type headache with qi-blood depletion syndrome were divided into non-medicine therapy group, acupuncture treatment group, traditional Chinese medicine group and comprehensive therapy group randomly. The total effective rate and the WHOQOL-BREF score were observed.Results:The total effective rates of the non-medicine therapy group, acupuncture treatment group, traditional Chinese medicine group and comprehensive therapy group were 40.00%, 70.00%, 70.00% and 80.00%. After treatment, the WHOQOL-BREF score of psychological field and physical field were improved significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive Chinese medicine therapy can improve quality of life of patients with the qi-blood depletion syndrome of chronic tension-type headache.
