| 目的：评价中医综合治疗方案治疗慢性紧张型头痛（CTTH）气血亏虚候的临床疗效及对生存质量的影响。方法：将80例CTTH患者采用析因设计的研究方法随机分为一般治疗组、针刺组（针刺+一般治疗）、中药组（中药+一般治疗）和中医综合治疗组（中药+针刺+一般治疗），观察患者总有效率及世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表（WHOQOL－BREF）评分。结果：一般治疗组、针刺组、中药组、针刺中药组总有效率分别为40.00%、70.00%、70.00%、80.00%；治疗后WHOQOL－BREF评分生理领域、心理领域评分与治疗前相比P<0.05。结论：中医综合治疗方案可明显改善患者生理领域、心理领域的生存质量。 |

| To evaluate the curative effect of comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine therapy on quality of life of patients with qi-blood depletion syndrome of chronic tension type headache.Methods:In factorial design， 80 patients with tension-type headache with qi-blood depletion syndrome were divided into non-medicine therapy group， acupuncture treatment group， traditional Chinese medicine group and comprehensive therapy group randomly. The total effective rate and the WHOQOL－BREF score were observed.Results:The total effective rates of the non-medicine therapy group， acupuncture treatment group， traditional Chinese medicine group and comprehensive therapy group were 40.00%， 70.00%， 70.00% and 80.00%. After treatment， the WHOQOL－BREF score of psychological field and physical field were improved significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive Chinese medicine therapy can improve quality of life of patients with the qi-blood depletion syndrome of chronic tension-type headache. |
