To observe the efficacy of Qingweihuoxue Pill in treating moist heat and blood stasis syndrome of CAG. Methods: Eighty patients with CAG who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group (n=42) and treatment group (n=42). The control group applied Weifuchun tablet”， four tablets per time， three times a day taken before meals. The treatment group applied “Qingweihuoxue pill”， 20 pills per time， three times a day taken before meals. The treatment course of both groups was 8 weeks. The curative effect of the clinical symptoms， gastroscopy signs and pathology， the eradication rate of H.pylori， and the hemorheology after one course of treatment were observed and analyzed statistically. Results: The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were respectively 85.71% and 69.05%， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)， which meant that the effect of the treatment group was clearly superior to the control group. The treatment group showed better outcomes than the control group in the aspects of the clinical symptoms， gastroscopy signs， gastric atrophy， intestinal metaplasia， the hemorheology (P<0.05)，while the curative effects of dysplasia and H.pylori eradication rate between the two groups had no obvious statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of qingweihuoxue pill in treating moist heat and blood stasis syndrome of CAG is definite and it can improve the hemorheology and the gastric mucosal microcirculation， inhibit the inflammatory response and the breeding of Hp， as well as block and reverse the precancerous lesions.
