| 目的：观察清胃活血丸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎湿热瘀阻证的临床疗效。方法：将符合纳入标准的患者84例随机分成对照组42例和试验组42例。对照组给予胃复春片，4片/次，3次/d，饭前服用。试验组给予清胃活血丸，每次20粒（约9 g），3次/d，饭前服用。2组均以8周为1个疗程，共治疗1个疗程。比较2组患者临床疗效及治疗前后临床主要症状、胃镜像、病理组织学、血液流变学的改变情况及Hp阴转率。结果：试验组总有效率85.71%，对照组69.05%，经比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05），说明试验组疗效明显优于对照组。试验组在临床主要症状、胃镜像、胃黏膜萎缩、肠化及血液流变学方面疗效均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；而在异型增生、幽门螺杆菌根除方面疗效相当，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：清胃活血丸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎湿热瘀阻证疗效确切，结合临床研究，初步认为可能与其改善血流变、改善胃黏膜供血、抑制炎症反应、抑制Hp生长及阻断或逆转胃癌前病变等作用有关。 |

| To observe the efficacy of Qingweihuoxue Pill in treating moist heat and blood stasis syndrome of CAG. Methods: Eighty patients with CAG who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group (n=42) and treatment group (n=42). The control group applied Weifuchun tablet”， four tablets per time， three times a day taken before meals. The treatment group applied “Qingweihuoxue pill”， 20 pills per time， three times a day taken before meals. The treatment course of both groups was 8 weeks. The curative effect of the clinical symptoms， gastroscopy signs and pathology， the eradication rate of H.pylori， and the hemorheology after one course of treatment were observed and analyzed statistically. Results: The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were respectively 85.71% and 69.05%， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)， which meant that the effect of the treatment group was clearly superior to the control group. The treatment group showed better outcomes than the control group in the aspects of the clinical symptoms， gastroscopy signs， gastric atrophy， intestinal metaplasia， the hemorheology (P<0.05)，while the curative effects of dysplasia and H.pylori eradication rate between the two groups had no obvious statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of qingweihuoxue pill in treating moist heat and blood stasis syndrome of CAG is definite and it can improve the hemorheology and the gastric mucosal microcirculation， inhibit the inflammatory response and the breeding of Hp， as well as block and reverse the precancerous lesions. |
