To analyze and discuss the application of Ganju Bingmei tablets in the treatment of laryngopharyngeal reflux.Methods: A total of 204 cases of laryngopharyngeal reflux patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group from February 2012 to February 2014.Each group had 102 cases，the control group received oral administration of Omeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets treatment，20 mg/ time，2 times/ day; and the observation group received additional Ganju Bingmei tablets，2 tablets each time，3 times / day.Treatment lasted for 4 weeks and clinical efficacy，reflux symptom index and reflux symptoms score were compared.Results: After treatment，the total efficiency of control group is 61.8%，and the total effective rate of observation group is 92.2%，indicating significant differences (P<0.05).Reflux symptom index，anti fluid syndrome score was significantly lower than those before treatment，and significantly lower than that the control group after treatment.Conclusion: Ganju Bingmei tablets combined with acid suppressive drugs is effective in treating laryngopharyngeal reflux disease in that it improves the symptoms of patients，is quick in response，safe and reliable，and can be widely used in clinical practice.
