      目的:评价丹红注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病临床疗效。方法:慢性肺心病患者80例随机分为2组,对照组40例进行常规治疗,治疗组40例在常规治疗的基础上加用丹红注射液。观察2组患者治疗前后症状体征、肺功能、超声心动图、血气分析和6分钟步行距离的变化。结果:治疗组在总体疗效有效率、各临床症状体征改善率方面均高于对照组,2组患者在治疗后其血气分析、肺功能、超声心电图和6分钟步行距离方面均有改善,治疗组改善更明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液可缓解慢性肺源性心脏病的各种临床症状,并有改善肺功能,降低肺动脉压,提高运动耐力。
English Summary:
      To evaluate the efficiency of Danhong injection in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease.Methods:A randomized, positive drug controlled clinical trial design was used. Eighty patients who were diagnosed clinically as pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups. Forty patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy. Forty patients in treatment group were treated with Danhong injection combined with western medicine. The symptoms and signs, pulmonary functions, ultrasonic cardiogram, blood gas analysis as well as change in six-minute-walk distance of the patients before and after the treatment were observed.Results:The total effective rate in clinical syndrome in treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).And other factors in two groups of patients were compared. The results showed that the PaO2, PaCO2, PASP, FEV1%, FEV1/FVC and 6HWD of observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Danhong injection can relieve different symptoms of chronic pulmonary heart disease and effectively improve pulmonary function, decrease pulmonary artery pressure and increase exercise tolerance.
