| 目的:建立GC法同时测定羚黄宝儿丸中麝香酮、冰片、丁香酚3种成分的含量。方法:采用直接进样GC法，色谱柱为DB-WAX毛细管柱(30.0 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm)，FID检测器，载气为氮气，程序升温，柱流量为1.2 mL/min。结果:3种成分在均呈现良好的线性关系，精密度、重复性RSD均<3%，加样回收率在95%~106%。结论:直接进样GC法方法简便、灵敏、准确、重现性好，适用于羚黄宝儿丸中麝香酮、冰片、丁香酚的含量测定。 |

| To determine the contents of Muscon,Borneo and Eugenol in Linghuangbaoer Pellets by GC method.Methods:The GC system consisted of DB-WAX（30.0 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm）capillary column.Programmed temperature was set from 120 ℃ to 210 ℃ and the detector temperature was 250 ℃.The detector was FID using high pure helium as carrier gas with the flow rate of 1.2 mL/min.Results:Borneol,Eugenol and Muscon were separated with a good linearity in the sample size ranges of 0.125~2 mg/mL for Borneol,0.05~0.8 mg/mL for Eugenol,and 0.005~0.08 mg/mL for Muscon.The average recoveries for Borneol,Eugenol and Muscon was 105.51% (RSD＝1.44%),95.79% (RSD＝0.29%),99.94% (RSD＝0.66%),respectively.Conclusion:The GC method is simple,feasible and reproducible.It can be used for the quality control of Linghuangbaoer Pellets. |
