    摘要:

    目的:利用响应面分析法优化一叶萩种子壳中一叶萩碱的提取工艺参数。方法:采取酸水浸泡提取法、离子交换法及索氏抽提法结合的方法对一叶萩种子壳中一叶萩碱提取进行优化。经过单因素法与响应面Box-Behnken法选择初始参数,之后利用Design-Expert软件进行二次回归分析对参数进一步优化。结果:最优参数为提取次数3次,乙醇浓度85%,酸浓度4.7‰。结论:所优选的提取工艺具有良好的可行性。

    Abstract:

    To optimize the extraction of securinine from the seeds of Suffrutescent securinega by response surface method. Methods: The seeds were soaked and extracted by acid water, and the extraction was subjected to ion exchange column. Crude securinine was further condensed by Saxhlet extraction method. Single factor experiment and Box-Behnken Design method were used to determine the arrangemengt of parameters. Quadratic regression analysis were used to optimize the data by Design-Expert software. Results: The optimal parameter of production technology is finally determined as three times of extraction, with 85% ethanol concentration and 4.7‰ acid concentration. Conclusion: The optimized extraction technology is practicable.
