Abstract:To optimize the extraction of securinine from the seeds of Suffrutescent securinega by response surface method. Methods: The seeds were soaked and extracted by acid water, and the extraction was subjected to ion exchange column. Crude securinine was further condensed by Saxhlet extraction method. Single factor experiment and Box-Behnken Design method were used to determine the arrangemengt of parameters. Quadratic regression analysis were used to optimize the data by Design-Expert software. Results: The optimal parameter of production technology is finally determined as three times of extraction, with 85% ethanol concentration and 4.7‰ acid concentration. Conclusion: The optimized extraction technology is practicable.
