| 肝与心从生理、病理上密切相关，其理论源于《黄帝内经》和《难经》，后世医家不断继承发展，归纳起来，主要是两脏在五行、气血、经络等诸多方面相互影响。从肝论治心系疾病的理论在古今医著中多有体现，并且为现代临床所广泛应用。临床上许多常见心血管疾病应用调肝之法获效的报道，亦非常普遍。本文通过总结肝与心的关系，归纳临床常见心血管病治疗中从肝论治的应用，为临床工作提供借鉴。 |

| The theory that the liver and heart are closely related to the physiology and the pathology is originated from "Nei Jing" and "Nan Jing",and it has been inherited and developed by practitioners of later generations.The influences between the liver and heart are mainly in the aspects of the five elements,qi and meridians.The theory that treatments of heart disease from regulating the liver can be found in many ancient medical books,and it has been widely applied by modern clinical doctors.Many cases which successfully applied the method of regulating liver in common cardiovascular diseases can be readily found.This paper summarizes the relationship between the liver and heart and sums up the clinical treatments of the common cardiovascular diseases,so as to provide reference for clinical work. |
