      目的:观察益气活血方(YQHX)治疗老年气虚血瘀型2型糖尿病脑梗死恢复期(Diabetic Cerebral Infarction,DCI)的疗效,探讨YQHXD的作用机制及对血糖血脂的影响。方法:将65例DCI随机分为2组,在西医治疗的基础上,治疗组33例予YQHX口服,对照组32例予血塞通注射液静脉点滴,治疗30 d,观察2组的临床疗效、神经功能缺损程度、血糖、血脂等指标,并加以比较。结果:治疗组总有效率97.0%(32/33),明显优于对照组(P<0.05);改善患者临床神经功能缺损程度,控制血糖血脂,疗效也均优于对照组。结论:益气活血法治疗DCI,能有效降糖降脂,改善脑循环,降低血浆内皮素和血液黏度,保护血管内皮细胞,增强脑细胞对缺氧的耐受力,促进神经功能的修复。
English Summary:
      To observe the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Recipe (YQHX) in treatment of elderly patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type 2 diabetic cerebral infarction (DCI).To investigate the role and mechanism of YQHX and its effects on blood glucose and lipid.Methods:Sixty-five cases of DCI were randomly divided into two groups. Apart from western medicine therapy, the 33 patients in observation group were treated with YQHX orally, and 32 cases in the control group were given intravenous drip of Sanqi Panax Notoginseng Injection. After 30 days of therapy, the clinical curative effect, the degree of neural function defect, blood glucose and blood lipid of the two groups before and after treatment were observed, and comparison was made.Results:The total clinical efficacy rate of observation group was 97% (32/33), which was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). YQHX could improve the neurologic impairment degree, control blood glucose, reduce blood fat, improve the blood rheology. And the effect was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Yiqihuoxue treatment of DCI could effectively lower hypoglycemic lipid, improve cerebral circulation, reduce the plasma endothelin and blood viscosity, protect vascular endothelial cells, enhance brain cells to hypoxia tolerance, and promote the recovery of neural function.
