To observe the influence of Huoxue Huazhuo Jiangzhi decoction on blood stasis and dampness type of Hyperlipidemia.Methods:Sixty-seven patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. Patients in the treatment group were given Huoxue Huazhuo Jiangzhi decoction. The control group applied simvastatin. CHO, TC, LDL-C，HDL-C and symptom scores were observed.Results:The treatment on the treatment group was effective in CHO and LDL-C after 8 weeks, and there was no significantly statistical difference between the two groups. And as to TC, HDL-C and the symptom scores, the treatment had good regulation on triglyceride and HDL-C and the symptom was improved.Conclusion:Huoxue Huazhuo Jiangzhi decoction is effective in lipid lowering on blood stasis and dampness type of Hyperlipidemia.
