To observe the effect of Qilian Fuzheng Capsule on expression of EMT(epithelial mesenchymal transition) and TGF-β in lung cancer A549 cells, and study its possible mechanism.Methods:A549 cells were cultured in vitro and group intervened, RT-PCR to detected the expression of TGF-β1mRNA, using Immunohistochemical to detected the expression of E-cad and N-cad.Results:the TGF-β1 mRNA relative expression of the control group，Qilian Fuzheng Capsule low, medium and high dose groups, chemotherapy group and combined group were （31.11±1.58）%、（29.53±1.50）%、（27.28±1.75）%、（25.23±1.38）%、（23.03±1.59）%、（20.72±1.38）% respectively. Except the low-dose group, the expression of E-cad and N-cad in other drug groups were all significantly different compared with the control group; the combined group and all Qilian Fuzheng Capsule groups were significantly different compared with the chemotherapy group.Conclusion:Qilian Fuzheng Capsule can reverse the TGF-β-mediated EMT therefore play an anti-tumor effect.
